Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of IT and cybersecurity solutions to new and existing clients. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals in a highly competitive tech environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

      

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in IT and cybersecurity domains.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise, SME, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity and IT solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings based on market needs.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

      

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within IT, software, Saas, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IP Trading, cloud computing, network security, and cybersecurity solutions, web hosting and cybersecurity products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

 

Preferred Skills:

      

  • Experience with SaaS or managed service sales models.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and IP Trading, web development and web hosting.
  • Experience selling managed security services, endpoint protection, or cloud-based security solutions.
  • Existing client network in relevant industries.
